Hi sailors,
As I promised I'm coming this Tuesday to open the shed (unless the weather
is really nasty) for those who want to participate in the twilight races
organised by YMCA sailing club. They usually put their boats on water at
17.45 and then the races go till sunset. I'll try to be at the shed not
later than 17.15. I advise people to come at least 20 min before the start
such that you have enough time to check and rig your boat up. Those who are
running late may ask me to rig up a boat for them, I'll do it and I'll leave
her on the bank.
I would also ask you to stop distracting other sailors (with questions or
help requests) from about ten minutes before the start (17.35). The races is
once a week opportunity, some people are keen to take a full advantage of
it, and no one should be made to miss the start because someone is not able
to come in advance to prepare his or her boat.
New members should know Right of Way in order to participate in a race. I'm
attaching a file describing it, please, refresh before you come.

Alex Minovich.
