G'day Everybody,
There was lots of action at the Boat Shed on the w/e with plenty of members down to sail in lively conditions. All classes of boat were out: Laser, Tasar and Sharpie, plus windsurfers and an OK Dinghy (new acquisition of Brett McKie).
This week there's plenty happening (see below).
Tuesday 8/02/2011
Shed open at 5:00pm for twilight beginner's races. We'll get the Sharpie out so new members can see what its like.
Wednesday 9/02/2011
Shed open at 5:00pm for CYC twilight races. $5 to register and I'll give you a hand getting organised.
Saturday 12/02/2011
YMCA races with FREE on-water coaching from the YMCA chief instructor. Race
entry = $12. Please contact me so I know how many people are coming.
Sunday 13/02/2011
Teams racing workshop by Garrick Larkin. This workshop will build on skills
developed in the intermediate courses. You will learn race tactics based on
the Right-of-Way rules. Maximum of 8 places. Cost = $20. Get back to me asap

Cheers,
