[ANU Sailing Club] This w/e: On-water coaching with YMCASC and a sailing tactics workshop

G'day everyone,
 
Saturday
The shed will open 12.30. The YMCA is giving free on-water coaching to ANUSC members who enter in the trainee division on Saturday. Be at the shed at 12.30 and I''ll get you organised and to the start on time. Entry is $12. 
 
Sunday
Garrick Larkin is running a workshop on sailing tactics based on the rules of Right of Way. You don't have to be an intermediate level sailor to participate - two spots left. Starts at 1pm; cost = $20
 
Coming events:
Market Day: Wednesday 16 February 10am -3pm.
Volunteers needed to staff the table in the SRA hall. Come down and renew your membership, then stay awhile and talk to prospective sailors (look out for emails next week).
 
Open Day and Beginners Course: Sunday 20 February
A big day at the shed. Come down for a sail and a BBQ; hang around and assist with the beginners course. Anyone who wants to do some powerboat practical training should contact me (look out for emails next week).
