I just got back into town and read this.

Your idea about 'explore' sailing is in line with my thinking. I'm hoping to take a laser or a taser for a long sail sometime over the weekend, about as far as I can get. I'll wait to find out when the boat shed is open on each day, to work out what might work. Happy to take others along as well.

Hi everyone,



We're trying a new thing at the sailing club. A Wednesday night shed

opening for people who just want to come down and enjoy a relaxed sail on

the lake in the evenings. No races, no pressure!*



So tomorrow night, the shed will be open from 5pm until 8pm (off the water

before sunset: 7:15 to 7:30). I was thinking of going for an explore on the

lake, heading around the peninsula towards the west and towards Scrivener

dam. Anyone who wants to join me is more than welcome.



Don't forget the Beginner's Twilight races this evening.



And also a quick plug for the Intermediate Course, let me know if you want

to sign up.
