[ANU Sailing Club] no twilights today due to the weather

Hi everyone,

I don't think that YMCA is going to conduct twilight races in such a
weather (rain + no wind). Thus, we're cancelling the course today and we'll
use some other Tuesday (after the 3rd week) as an additional intermediated
course session.
