Ahoy everyone,

The opening of the shed for the new season is upon us. Hooray!

Saturday
12 noon: shed opens for Saturday races, all general-use boats available for
racing and non-racing, I will be down having a casual sail. Shed will be
open most of the afternoon.

Sunday:
12noon: Working Bee, cleaning the shed and/or more work on the Pacer
1pm: Powerboat Introduction (contact Jennie for more details if you are
interested in learning how to use our powerboat - jennie.mallela at anu.edu.au)
or: 1pm: All general use boats available for general sailing
3pm: Beginner's Course: All help is warmly welcomed - contact Tom Meumann
for more details tmeumann at gmail.com <tom.meumann at gmail.com> - or sign up
here: http://doodle.com/nkxhgzfnnuuucrkv
5:30pm: Time for a quick cheeky evening sail!
6:00pm: BBQ and shed opening party. BYOB, some snacks and lots of sausages
provided. Naming of the new boats!

Please be aware the water is still cold, so bring wetsuits to sail in or
nice warm clothes to change into. Hot showers are, as always, available.

Also, with the clocks going forwards this weekend, Twilight races will
begin next week. Tuesday twilights are great for those who have a small
amount of experience while the racing lasers will be available for more
experienced sailors on Wednesdays. More details next week.

See you all this weekend,
Nick
