Good morning

While it is a bit cold at the moment, and your thoughts of dipping your toes
into the local waterways are very far from your mind, some of us are
constantly thinking of the water quality in our lakes, ponds and wetlands.
Chances are you passed some kind of waterway on your way to work today.

But what do you think of the water quality in Lake Burley Griffin, or
Yarrabi Pond or the Shoalhaven River or your local creek? Do you care that
you can have a picnic at Lake Ginninderra? Do you know what factors visually
indicate poor water quality?

You now have your chance to let the water managers know what you think with
an on line survey.

The on line survey will be a tool to help inform the ACT Government and the
ACT and Region Catchment Management Coordination Group on a diverse range of
water quality and water shed management actions. The NCA is one of the
organisations involved in the Catchment Management Coordination Group and we
encourage you to be an important part of the information gathering process.

The online survey can be found at the link below.

There is a prize draw if you wish to enter. There are 9 prizes: 1 gift card
for $1,000 and 9 gift cards for $500.

So what are you waiting for?

Grab a cuppa and do something that will help the waterways in our local
area.

BTW: #LOVELBG!

Have a great day
