[Sres-postdocs] Paper-less leave applications

Hi,
The Faculty of Science have requested that general staff and academic 
staff with
service less than 3 years enter their sick, personal and annual leave 
via HORUS (no forms).

Each pay period, a bulk leave approval report will be produced for 
the Head of School to sign-off all the leave applications in one go. 
Faculty of Science will do this while I'm on leave.

Applications for Long Service Leave, Maternity Leave and Leave 
without pay are still applied for via the form process.

You will need to let me know (by email) that you have applied for 
leave so I can include it in the SRES weekly newsletter.
