[Sres-postdocs] REMINDER - Photo Release form

Hi Everyone,

This year's Yearbook is going into production now and I still have 
outstanding photo release forms from a few of you! Could you please 
print and sign the attached form and return to me, or place in my 
pigeon hole (in the Geography Photocopying Room), or to the SRES 
Front Office.

For all new photos and entries into this year's SRES Yearbook 2006 
and staff/student profiles on our SRES website, could you please 
print-out, sign and return the attached Photo Release form. We need 
to have your written permission, (for any ANU publication, including 
us at SRES), to use the photos you provided us for the Yearbook 
publication and website, including the head-and-shoulder photos I had 
taken of you.

If you have already signed a Photo Release form for last year's 
Yearbook (2005) and SRES' website, that form will still be current.

If you have provided new photos to us (ie. field photos, etc), and 
you're happy for us to also use them in Open Day, and other SRES 
promotional displays such as powerpoint presentations shown to 
prospective students, and posters, flyers and brochures, as well as 
the Yearbook and SRES website, please let us know by signing the 
Photo Release form. Obviously please also let us know if you have any 
objections, limitations of use of photos, etc.

We will only be using photos provided to us for SRES promotional purposes.
