[Sres-postdocs] IMPORTANT: SRES servers will be rebooted 08:30AM Monday morning

Both SRESSERVER and BOMBALA will be rebooted at 08:30AM on Monday 
morning (24 July). This is to allow for the installation of security 
patches to the operating system on both computers.

During the reboot, all server-based services will be unavailable. This 
includes:

1) Access to your X: drive (and anything it contains, including your 
e-mail and My Documents folders)
2) Access to your roaming profile
3) Access to the printers
4) Access to your MeetingMaker calendar (if you have one).
5) Access to your Outlook calendar.

***WHAT YOU NEED TO DO***

If you are not going to be in on the weekend, the safest thing for you 
to do is to log off from your computer when you leave today, and not log 
in again until after 08:45 Monday morning.

If you *ARE* going to be in on the weekend, then make sure you log out 
when you leave, and don't log in again until after 08:45 Monday morning.
