[Sres-postdocs] Geography copier off-line until further notice

Due to a continuing paper-jam problem, the geography copier will be 
unavailable for both printing and copying until further notice.

Students who do not have copying access onthe Forestry copier should 
see Panit if they need to make photocopies.
