[Sres-postdocs] DETYA Publication Return: Zosha Smith not available for general queries Thu 30 (pm) and Fri 31 March (all day)

Dear all

The deadline for submission of publication data to DETYA is upon us, 
and Zosha is working on the SRES return of publication data.  She 
will not be available for any other enquiries for the remainder of 
today (Thu 30 March) and all day tomorrow (31 March).

Cathy is assisting Zosha and so may also not be available as much as 
usual during this time.

If you have any 2005 DETYA publications that have not yet been given 
to Zosha, please advise her immediately (by email) and make sure that 
a copy of the paper/chapter/book gets to her by lunchtime tomorrow.

If you have any publications that do not meet DETYA standards these 
should still be recorded in the data base; please give them to Zosha 
but mark them NOT DETYA so that their status is clear.
