SALARY RANGE:   Associate Lecturer Level A A$37,608 - $51,035 p.a.
SALARY RANGE:   Lecturer Level B A$53,722 - $63,797 p.a.
SALARY RANGE:   Senior Lecturer Level C A$65,810 - $75,885 p.a.
The level of appointment is dependent on qualifications and experience.

The School invites applications for a tenurable appointment. GIS is
currently taught at second, third and fourth (Honours) years and is
integrated through project work with teaching in various aspects of Human
and Physical Geography, urban and regional planning and environmental
science. There are well-equipped GIS laboratories, using ESRI software, and
support staff located in Geography. Students from many disciplines across
the University are attracted to these courses. The successful candidate
will be expected to develop an active research programme involving
postgraduate students and collaboration with other staff. There is
considerable scope for consultancies and a number of projects are currently
in various stages of completion. Applicants with teaching experience are
