Dear all,

those of you following COP28 already heard of the controversial comment 
from Sultan Al Jaber, 
<https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2023/dec/03/back-into-caves-cop28-president-dismisses-phase-out-of-fossil-fuels> 
president of this years COP that there is no science behind the urge to 
phase-out fossil fuels.

A group of delegates has written an open letter to the negotiators to 
make what net zero means and the need to drastically reduce in fossil fuels.
