Hello,
I am currently investigating the possibility of separating and
dating the individual pollen taxa within a particular sample. This
is part of a project proposed by ANSTO and currently I am at a loss
as to what the best technique would be to isolate and capture
individual grains for collection within a sample. If anyone has
actually done this and can offer some advice as to what equipment
would be necessary it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time.
Angus
