Dear Quaternarists,

This is a final reminder for the December 2011 edition of Quaternary
Australasia.

If you, or any of your students, have recently submitted a thesis
(Honours, Masters or PhD) this is a great opportunity to let the
community know about the work, by publishing the abstract in QA.

Note also that QA has a list of recent publications. So for some healthy
self-promotion amongst your peers, please let us know about your papers
that have come out over the past 6 months and we will gladly include
these in our list.

We also have a new “News” section, where we can inform the community of
upcoming meetings, so please let us know if there is something you would
like to add.

Lastly, if you have a high resolution image of a suitable Quaternary
scene that looks good in black and white, as well as colour, we would
love to see it – perhaps even on the cover.

All submissions of this nature due by October 31st.

Note that we are also accepting submissions of peer-reviewed research
papers for the July 2011 edition.

Please send all material to myself (jessica.reeves at rmit.edu.au) or
co-editor Kat Fitzsimmons (kathryn_fitzsimmons at eva.mpg.de)

Kind regards
Jess Reeves
