Applications are now open for the Conference Travel Subsidy Scheme. Instructions and application forms are available at: http://australianarchaeology.com/conferences/aaa2014-conference/travel-subsidy-scheme/

The conference will offer a limited number of travel subsidies to Indigenous and student delegates. The scheme aims to encourage greater levels of Indigenous and student participation in the conference. Note that non-Indigenous people are eligible to apply on behalf of Indigenous delegates.

The amount of funding available in the Travel Subsidy Scheme varies from year-to-year based on the conference budget and the amount of sponsorship received.

Subsidies may be applied for to subsidise the costs of travel, registration, accommodation and/or meals. The maximum amount of travel subsidy for any individual delegate is capped at $1000 and is treated as a reimbursement of costs incurred.
