[Aqualist] PhD Opportunity - Palaeoecology

This is a call for Australian and New Zealand students interested in doing a
PhD in lake sediment-based palaeoecology at the University of Melbourne.

 

You will be required to successfully apply for an Australian Postgraduate
Award at the University of Melbourne and be enrolled before July 01, 2014.

 

Your project will focus on reconstructing environmental changes using
proxies from lake sediments in southeast Australia, with detail beyond this
to worked out as time goes on.

Operational and analytical costs will be fully funded (i.e. fieldwork,
laboratory analyses, dating, etc) and you will be joining a vibrant and
active palaeoenvironmental research team
