Hi all,

Next year in January the ANU Research School of Biology is hosting a week long introduction to stable isotopes course (http://bioisotopesworkshop.com/index.html). The course has both lectures and a practical hands on component. The main focus is on biological applications but it will likely provide a good overview of general isotope collection methods, applications and machines.

Total cost is ~$1300<tel:+441300> inc. workshop, food, accommodation and a trip to the Deep Space Tracking Centre and Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve (click above link for more details). They also have scholarships to support three students up to AUD 650 each.

Please forward this on to any undergraduate/honours/postgraduate students or postdocs you think might be interested in this workshop.

The application form (see above link) is due in to AusSIBS at gmail.com<mailto:AusSIBS at gmail.com> by 23rd December 2019.<tel:+442019>

Cheers,
Kelsie
