Greetings Sanja/Carol,
Many thanks for final call for contributions.
I have been working on a follow up to the 2018 publication in Proc. Roy. Soc. Vict. of the enigmatic Moyjil evidence for people at 120ka. Fully aware of its dynamite, doubling of the occupation record, it is not surprising there has been little critique of those claims.
My piece entitled "The Moyjil Dilemma, People at 120ka: a personal conviction."
This will merely refer back to the original 6 publications, focus on the reasons for my belief it is people, and very briefly outline some of the consequences.
The current archaeological scepticism of the geological evidence is entirely understandable. However unlikely this explosive data set, I remain convinced by the evidence currently available.
That is the gist of this contribution. Two questions?
Any advice on size limitation?
Plates, I presume no colour?
Shall try hard to get a Ms to you before closing time.
Jim Bowler
