This might be of interest to some of you working in the coastal regions or your students. My understanding is that you would help with their consultation process to reach out to community groups etc..

Hi all,

I hope everyone is doing well, this is a quick email to let you know about a fantastic opportunity coming up for ECRP's within the Future Earth Australia community.

Future Earth Australia (FEA), would like to invite expressions of interest from early career researchers and practitioners(ECRP) to facilitate high-level consultations for our upcoming Oceans and Coasts 10-Year Strategy.

This is a great opportunity for ECRP's to be trained by the FEA Secretariat in effective facilitation of cross-sectoral, multi-disciplinary consultation, to guide fruitful conversations with leading thinkers in ocean and coastal sustainability, and to garner valuable employable skills to enrich their resume.

Facilitators will need to be available for the 1.5-hour training and for around 2 hours to facilitate one workshop, scheduled over 11-25 September 2020 on Zoom.

For all the information about this opportunity, please follow this link<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wnRTI4knrWBSx6VgSbcZsbH7MLi6gqcD/view?usp=sharing>. Expressions of interest close on 28 August.

If you would like more information please contact me or contact Eleanor Robson at eleanor.robson at science.org.au<mailto:eleanor.robson at science.org.au>.

Have a great day.
Sarah
