Dear colleagues,
The second order draft of the chapters of the Global Peatlands Assessment (GPA) is now available for external open peer review.
The GPA is one of the flagship products being developed under the Global Peatlands Initiative (GPI). The assessment aims to establish the State of the World’s Peatlands and will be important as a basis for work towards a future Global Peatlands Inventory. Together with other GPI flagship products, such as the Global Peatland Map and the Global Hotspot Atlas of Peatlands, the GPA is part of the GPI’s mission to support countries to address the challenges they face due to peatland degradation and loss.
The draft chapters have previously undergone internal and external expert peer review processes, and your feedback is now kindly requested during this open peer review period to advise how the current drafts could be improved before publication.
If you would like to view the draft chapters and contribute to the GPA open peer review process, please sign this declaration form<https://aus01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fforms.office.com%2Fr%2FzU7G5Ytkbx&data=05%7C01%7Csimon.haberle%40anu.edu.au%7C9ccd0c8ae3224fbace4008da763d5943%7Ce37d725cab5c46249ae5f0533e486437%7C0%7C0%7C637952303729586187%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=PeKvSDsnNgEcOBQLppKN0fHQBklC7%2BjM8y22tB8qS7Y%3D&reserved=0>.
