[Aqualist] IPPD upload update

Dear AQUAlist,

During October, 8 new records from the Indo-Pacific region have been
uploaded to Neotoma (see list below). This brings the total number of
records uploaded in 2024 to 74, with the total overall now at 210, over 157
sites.
