[Aqualist] AQUA 2026 conference student support

Dear AQUA community,

A reminder that registration and abstracts are due for the 2026 AQUA biennial conference.

We are pleased to announce support for students to attend the meeting, with the assistance of a benefactor. The deadlines will be extended for students to apply for these funds.

Conference support will be assessed by an AQUA executive sub-committee on student prizes and applications will be ranked primarily according to: (i) financial need and, or, lack of other funding, with secondary consideration given to (ii) benefit to the recipient and AQUA community, and (iii) quality of the abstract, as evidenced by the required application documents.

Funds are limited but we expect to discount registration by $200 for each successful application for support.

The application forms will also be available shortly on the conference web site.

The closing date is the 6th March 2026
