[Easttimorstudies] On emails about the political situation in Timor-Leste

The East Timor Studies List has guidelines about posting which I 
would like to reiterate:

- The list is for the circulation of research and information 
relevant to people doing research in Timor-Leste.

It follows therefore, that emails that concur with, or give support 
for previous emails are not useful. So future emails of this type 
will be rejected.

If you have NEW information or INFORMATION based on RESEARCH or 
"fact" (which is clearly difficult to substantiate in the current 
environment), this will be circulated.

However, could I remind members that discussion and postings related 
to the current situation in Dili may be more relevant and appropriate 
to be posted to the ETAN list (www.etan.org).
