[Easttimorstudies] Youth in Dili

Dear colleagues
I have been working in East Timor with government and non-government 
agencies involved in adult and vocational education, and I'm keen to 
find out about any programs working directly with any of the 
unemployed youth who were caught up in the troubles of the weekend 
before last. If anyone on the list knows of such programs, actual or 
intended, can you please contact me directly, or via the elist.
This relates to a more long term project investigating the emerging 
adult education system in Timor leste, which I presented on in a 
paper to the conference in Melbourne last June.
