Subject: Plan Timor-Leste staff member presenting at a
conference in Canberra

A young Community Facilitator from our Early Childhood Care and
Development Program, Justino Sarmento Amaral, has been invited to
present at a conference in Canberra.

The conference, at the National Museum, is entitled 'Disability,
Disadvantage and Development in the Pacific and Asia'. Justino's
presentation will be on 30 September in Session 7.2, 'Empowerment,
education and access to education' in The Studio. The session goes
from 1:30 to 3:30, and his presentation (which should be second) lasts
about 20 to 30 minutes, including questions.
