Time to meet together at last!

There are currently 15 student members of ETSA, but due to Covid 19, AETA has not been able to provide our traditional welcome to new students or farewell those who have completed their courses. The students are from all over Timor-Leste and several students will be leaving Melbourne at the end of the semester at mid-year.

Timorese students and community members, AETA members and Friendship groups
are warmly invited to the celebration BBQ
at Studley Park
on
10 April, starting at midday.
We will be meeting in one of the picnic shelters near the car park.

AETA will provide the meat, bread, soft drinks, and paper plates/cups. AETA and Friendship participants will be asked to bring salads (and BYO if they wish).

We need to know how many are coming for catering purposes.
Please register here by midday April 9:

1. The nearest train station is Victoria Park Station on the Mernda or Hurstbridge lines. You can catch the train from Flinders Street station or any of the loop stations. From here, there are two options:
>From the road at the bottom of the ramp at Victoria Park station, take bus # 200/207 heading to Bulleen. It is 4 stops from Victoria Park station to the Yarra Bend Park/Studley Park Road bus stop, and then about 3mins walk down the hill into the picnic area inside the park. Steep walk down...

2. You can also get the #200 or #207 bus all the way from the city. These two buses start in Queen Street but probably the best place to catch the bus is in Russell street near the corner of Little Lonsdale Street, just down from the State Library.

This is the first face to face event for AETA for a year. Please join us!
