[TimorLesteStudies] Webinar Series: Higher Education adapting to the Covid era

Hi,

In this year of adapting to COVID-19 restrictions, the biennial event by the
National University of Timor Lorosa'e (UNTL) and Victoria University will be
on Zoom. This Webinar Series will focus on five issues within higher
education which have been made more critical by COVID impacts and
restrictions. The seminars are:

1. Resources for teaching and learning investigates library and IT resources
for student centred learning.

2. Technologies for distance learning: A workshop to share how lecturers are
using technology for off-campus teaching and how courses can be managed
using mobile phones. 

3. Learning community development investigates community development theory
and practice and its lessons for education.

4. Towards gender equality on and off campus investigates the progress in
gender equality is taught and implemented on campus.

5. Education for Health and Wellbeing investigates how knowledge of good
nutrition and healthy environments can be promoted at every level of
education.
