Launched online in 2020, and available in e-version here<https://tlstudies.org/conference-proceedings/2019-conference/>, we are now able to launch the hard copy of the 2019 proceedings in Dili.

Due to the large number of papers received, the peer-reviewed, three-language publication is in three volumes: Volume I (General Papers), Volume II (Special Panel on '1999 - 20 Years On'), and Volume III (Agriculture).

Authors resident in Dili can collect their free author copies at the launch. The publication will also be provided free of charge to East Timorese universities, libraries, and other educational institutions. Copies will also be available for purchase at the launch.

The 2019 TLSA conference was generously co-sponsored by the Centro Nacional Chega!
