[Galileo] One more AAHPSSS question (to the organizers of the last few AAAHPSSS conferences)

Dear colleagues,
 
could the organizers of the last AAHPSSS conferences please get in touch with me? (Roughly, since 2003 or so). I would like to obtain, insofar as this is possible, plausible and not too strenuous, the list of attendees / registered individuals. This, once again, in order to try and arrive at a list of AAHPSSS members!
