Dear All,

Hope you have all had a restful and rejuvenating break!

I am writing to inform you about our first HDR Conversation Over Coffee Meet-up for 2022. We were hoping to transition to in-person meetings this year, but alas, we must wait a little until the new variant subsides. Hope everyone is taking care of themselves and staying safe!

Our first meeting will be on the first Friday of February - which is February 4th at 11 am. Please save the date.

The first meeting will be a chance to get to know new members who have joined us as well as their research - and to also to talk about ethnographies! Is there an ethnography that you have read recently (or in the past) that you really liked? Do you have anything to share about its content or its writing style? Bring your favorite ethnography and your thoughts and we look forward to learning together.

Please also send thoughts on any topics/subjects you would like to address either in the upcoming meeting or the subsequent ones. Feel free to also suggest any riveting ethnography that we might want to read ahead of the meeting on February 4th.

I will be sending a zoom link closer to the date - but for now, please save the date for February 4th!
