Colleagues,



In relation to the sorry state of affairs in which our colleagues at the
Philippine’s Law School find themselves, one might read with interest
Richard Posner’s recent little book on Plagiarism  - publications details
which I don’t have as a colleague has borrowed it.



My recollection of reading Posner book was his view – stated in simplified
form – that lawyers (including judges) plagiarse all the time and everybody
knows they do so. However, even Posner would not, I think, excuse what has
occurred in the present case.
