Greetings colleagues,

For those not already aware, I am very sad to report that our colleague, Jon Van Dyke, passed away much too early, two nights ago at a Law of the Sea conference here in Australia.  Jon was a great international lawyer and shining light in oceans law.  He will be sorely missed.
