Don,

My condolences go out to his family, friends, and law school
community.  I have had the opportunity to interact with Jon on a
number of occasions over the last several years and have always been
struck not only by his tremendous scholarly insight, but also by how
he treated others.  As a new law professor, I was very grateful for
his warmth and collegiality.
