Except the conveyor warrants that he/she won't hit you for infringement
of *his/her* patents, not infringement of HP's patents.
I think HP is covering it's arse and leaving people further down the
line open to attack by HP for patent infringement. That would be useful
to HP, who can choose who to give stuff to, but the recipients are then
constrained.
