[LINK] eCensus seems to be choking on the load

Hi,
thought I'd report on using the eCensus on the actual day.
I have been attempting to complete this this morning and have had five
failed attempts to progress through the form so far. Total time so far
estimated at 1.5 hours.
5 x "404 page not found" messages on submit with loss of all data in
that section.
Wait several minutes of retrying before you get in again between each
"404".
I am now stuck on this error message.
"Error: Logon failed (code 570). Please wait 30 minutes and try again.
If you continue to receive this message, please call the Census Inquiry
Service on 1300 651 181 and quote error message number 570 to the
Customer Service Representative."
Looks like those that predicted it wouldn't handle the load are bang on
the money. Perhaps this was designed by the same lot that designed the
new customs management software at the ports <grin>.
Ok, that should have wasted enough time .... back to try and log in
again <sigh>.
Sometimes you should just stick with the paper version.
