I think the 'Tuesday night' aspect is pretty much ignored. I heard the 
statistician on radio this morning saying that if people don't get their 
forms in time, to call their 1300 number. During the interview, there were 
reports that that was impossible -- overload.  So he said to keep trying 
and call the next day if they have to to get a form and submit before the 
28th. So much for magic Tuesday.
