Ahhh remember, SMS is GUARANTEED to be delivered, not assured a timely 
delivery!

When the towers go back up, the SMS will be delivered!

Tis like NSW Government Agencies.

They raid you, charge you, take you to court and then send you the notice 
asking if you wish to comment or discuss the matter before they prosecute.

Much easier that way!
