I gotta feel the same to be honest.  I was searching for serail number 
details - typical programmer huh!  Always look for the end result rather 
than the power plug!

Yeah I never seem to hit the right markers with Google, I usually get my 
wife to do it and she always gets good results.

Thanks for that link.  Seems I have an affected battery.  Bugger!  I'll do 
the recall process and see how it goes!
