I am appaled that you want to side with a self confessed terrorist that has
gotten off on a technicality over events on foreign soil. there are no
civil rights issues regarding self proclaimed terrorists, so I think you
need to stop being an ally to terrorists and find something else to do with your
time like making sure police cant track down missing persons.

what the case clearly highlights is that the standards of the courts
need to be substantially relaxed to deal with terrorists. this is what
many european countries do.  in france the judge of the terrorist courts
is also the prosecutor. terrorists simply do not walk away on technicalities
after confessions as jihad jack has done.
