that's because i wasn't making any particular claims about any
particular entity, you fucking moron. i was asking if anyone knew which
particular Act made what i was describing illegal.

my network is not broken.

you have no fucking idea what kind of firewalling i'm doing (none of which
could produce the symptoms i'm seeing - e.g. traceroutes getting to the
ISP's router but no further. THAT is undeniably something at their end,
not mine, and their nameserver falsely claiming to be authoritative for
a domain that has nothing to do with them), yet you are (as fucking
usual) more than willing to pontificate about something you know nothing
