Mail sent to the list may be annoying to you, but he has as much right
to send to the list as you do. If you don't want to see things he
sends to the list, filter it out or unsubscribe.

If you receive mail he's sent to a public list, then that's your
choice to be where his messages go. It can't be harassment of you
unless it's specifically targetted at you.
