he has a right to be present on the list. i'm not into censorship, even
if that means accepting the presence of annoying turds.

no, i wrote a procmail script in direct response to his harassment of
me. it evolved to deal with the fact that he tried to bypass my filter
by sending his garbage from different addresses.
returning unwanted junk mail to the sender is NOT harassment. he's in
100% control - if he doesn't want his junk returned to him, then he can
refrain from sending it to me in the first place.
