In my view, there needs to be some attrition in IT teaching...as it
was bloated by the DOT.COM bubble.

I think around the same time, Deakin abolished their Pure Maths department.

There seem to be a lot of Physiscists coming out of the
woodwork...perhaps this is the most valuable University education and
then see what happens or is it just that during the  cold
war....everyone was investing in Nuclear...Tony do you have a view?
