How about I ask ANU to get a bigger disk?  ;-)

The ANU is part of a project with millions of dollars from the ARC to 
build a massive permanent electronic archive 
<http://www.apsr.edu.au/about.html> and so should be able to afford a 
few megabytes for information to put in the archive.

We just need a grand title like the: "Link Archive for Australian 
Network Policy and Communications".

That might make the ANU look a little penny pinching, which I am sure 
they are not.
