It's a "boiling frog" scenario. Drop a frog in boiling water and it will
leap out of the pot in scalded agony; bring it slowly to the boil and it
will die quietly. Or so I've heard, not being one to carry out such
experiments.

Microsoft has been bringing millions to the boil slowly. I wonder when
they will finally kill their oh-so-loyal frog army, or whether the frogs
will notice the pain, and leap out of the pot?
