So if I didn't want to be filmed by the media and I have say have a
getto blaster playing an EMI song - well they couldn't use the sound
on TV, is that right ;-) Hey not that the media would be interested
in me, it's just that the intrusiveness of today's media especially
some of the TV shows is a pet peeve of mine.

Yes but buskers are creative people in themselves. Do they have
rights to their own performances? Can news cameras shooting them be
fined?
Say the people being filmed were protesters at a big "summit" being
filmed by the news, could they ask for the news camerapeople to be
fined?
