Nope, why would I?
Okay, if I (a) see the tiny icon, and (b) appreciate what it means,
and (c) click on it, it prints okay, but without the banners, which I
actively wanted. (If I wanted the contents of the frame without the
frame, I'd have done an Open-in-New-Tab from the home-page. Ah, but
that produces a framed page. Why oh why do people pay people to use
technologies in ways other than what they were designed to do?!).
(I'm not being cute, by the way. I didn't see it, and I wouldn't
have appreciated its significance if I had; and I've been around for
a while, so what's the average punter going to do?).
Thanks, but my question stands: why is the page 'printer hostile'?
