It's in one of the style sheets that they use to build the page. I've
corrected the code (on my own server) to fix the xhtml errors on the
page, but there's still a bug in one of the four style sheets used
(and they might be messy with the inbuilt copious styles - it could
be a lot simpler).

positioning.css is dud. This might be enough, but untangling the four
sheets that they use is enough to make it really difficult to
troubleshoot.
You can override style sheets and use your own, but I take your point
that mug punters won't have much joy with it as it stands - and the
silly print-friendly option is not only near-invisible, but
meaningless to most observers.
Mind you, if Windows users can print it, then that's all that
matters, eh?
